LHCPG is seeking a Finance Controller to coordinate core finance operations, reporting and control, and to drive digital transformation across the function. The role supports strategic financial planning and helps modernise finance processes in a growing, not-for-profit organisation in the UK.
The successful candidate will have ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent qualifications, hands-on experience with payroll and ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, and strong stakeholder management skills.

As our Financial Controller you will co-ordinate the delivery of our core finance operations, ensuring consistently high standards of day to day finance operations, reporting and control and play a significant role in the continued development of efficiencies within the function through the successful implementation of a new finance system, helping to transform and modernise finance processes, strengthen controls and deliver lasting improvements across the function.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in advancing digital transformation of the Finance function to maximise its effectiveness within an ambitious and growing business through championing best practice, supporting strategic financial planning and helping develop a modern, customer-focused finance function that delivers real value.
You're a proactive, hands-on finance professional who is experienced in improving processes and building strong relationships across a business. You combine functional expertise with commercial awareness when supporting stakeholders at all levels and you thrive in a collaborative environment which is focused on continuous improvement to enhance performance, controls and overall customer service to all colleagues across the business.
