What will you be doing as a Financial Controller?

• Leading month-end processes to ensure accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting
• Overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly financial operations, improving process efficiency and technology use
• Ensuring robust financial controls and risk management
• Managing year-end processes and liaising with auditors
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling projects
• Collaborating with key stakeholders across the business as a business partner

What are we looking for?

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with 2+ years post-qualification experience
• Experience managing month-end processes, accounts payable, and receivable functions
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Sage Intacct) and process improvement through technology
• Experience leading a high-performing finance team
• Strong communication skills to engage both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
