About The Role

• SOX Control Improvements: Lead the charge in enhancing and maintaining our SOX control environments.
• Collaboration: Partner with sales teams and Managing Directors to provide insight and advice relating to contracts
• Month-End P&L review: Review and present month-end accounts with precision and clarity for the UK entities
• Balance Sheet Reporting: Drive improvements and ensure accuracy in balance sheet reporting for the 2 UK entities
• Audit Support: Provide robust support for the external reporting function during audits.
• Financial Statements & Tax Compliance: Review financial statements and support the external reporting team in tax compliance and other external filings.
• Project work: Be the go-to finance specialist for a variety of cross functional projects to support the future growth of the SharkNinja brand across the EMEA region
