Job summary

Broster Buchanan are partnering with a market-leading organisation to appoint a financially astute and strategically minded Financial Controller. The role combines hands-on control with transformation, integration and strategic project work to support growth and a busy M&A agenda.

You will lead a large finance function, oversee reporting, group consolidations, cashflow and treasury, and work closely with board-level stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and value creation.

• Leading ERP implementation and optimisation projects

It's a broad and significant role, combining hands-on financial control responsibilities with transformation, integration, and strategic project work. You will play a key role in supporting continued growth while leading a large and diverse finance function.
