As a youthful challenger brand, we're transforming the traditional ski holiday industry with a vibrant culture and ambitious growth plans.

In 2024, we grew by 64%, and with recent funding of £5.6 million, we're poised for further expansion in 2025. Recognized as one of the fastest-growing UK companies, we're now looking to expand our finance team with a dedicated professional to support our vision.

Our Finance Team

Our finance team provides critical insights into performance, investments, and resources, emphasizing risk management, transparency, and continuous innovation. We foster an environment of humility, curiosity, and evolution in our financial practices.

Role Responsibilities

• Scale and own cashflow forecasting and processes
• Enhance financial planning and forecasting standards
• Lead process automation and system improvements for scalability
• Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends for stakeholder insights
• Manage compliance and regulatory reporting specific to the travel industry
• Oversee daily transactional processes and support accounts assistants
• Coordinate the annual statutory audit with external auditors
• Manage the annual budget and forecasting processes

Team Structure

Reporting to the Finance Director, the team includes:

• 1x Finance Director
• 1x Finance Manager
• 1x Accounts Payable Specialist
• 2x Finance Assistants
• 1x Interim Management Accountant

Reporting Line

You will report to Adam, our Finance Director.

Interview Process

• Behavioral interview (45-60 mins) with Adam
• Onsite interview (90 mins) with Adam and team members
• Culture interview (30 mins) with Marcus, Co-founder
