An established industry player is seeking an interim Financial Controller to join their team in Bristol during a transformative period. The Hays Bristol finance team is exclusively working with an outstanding charitable organisation, a market leader in its sector, undergoing an exciting period of transformation and change.
The senior leadership team seeks an interim financial controller to support the CFO by reviewing, processing, and improving critical areas of the business (specifically AR & AP), as well as supporting system updates and addressing any challenges that may arise.
The role is expected to last initially 3–6 months, with potential for extension, and involves immediate support to the senior leadership team as well as long-term planning assistance. It is a day-rate position (inside or IR35, managing a team), with a preference for 2 days a week on-site in Bristol, which is negotiable.
