This role involves analysing financial data, providing insights, and supporting strategic decision-making for our commercial operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of financial principles.

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to optimize commercial operations.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide financial analysis and recommendations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within a commercial or operations context.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience using advanced formulas, functions, and data visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of financial & commercial management principles, including accounting, budgeting, financial modeling, and reporting
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
• Strong and demonstratable stakeholder management skills.
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Experience with financial systems and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools like SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of commercial operations, supply chain management, or related fields.
• Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience of resource management, effort estimating, pricing, contract, forecasting and invoicing.
• Team leading experience.
