They are looking to recruit an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to join their growing team based in either Grantham or Newark. This is an excellent opportunity for an Adviser who enjoys building long-term client relationships, delivering holistic financial advice and working within a supportive, professional environment.

The Opportunity

As an Independent Financial Adviser, you will provide expert financial advice across a broad range of wealth management areas, including investments, pensions and inheritance tax planning. You'll manage an existing client portfolio while also working closely with professional colleagues to develop new business opportunities. This is a client-focused role where you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and regulatory compliance. Although based in either Grantham or Newark, there may be occasional travel to support other offices, so flexibility and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Key Responsibilities

About You

Our client is looking for an experienced Independent Financial Adviser with strong technical knowledge and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.

You will have:

• Diploma level qualification in financial planning (or equivalent)
• A current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS)
• Strong technical knowledge of investments, pensions and inheritance tax planning
• Experience providing regulated financial advice within the UK
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive and client-focused approach
• High levels of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business travel

Desirable
