Service Service, a wealth management firm near Colchester, Essex, is seeking a professional to deliver expert financial advice and strategic wealth planning. The role focuses on retirement planning, investments, pensions, drawdown, annuities, and protection while building independent client relationships.

You will manage your workload, ensure FCA compliance, and contribute to a high-performing team of professionals. A competitive OTE and comprehensive benefits are included as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning is required.
• Experience in financial services administration, sales or planning is essential.
• Strong FCA regulatory knowledge and financial operations understanding.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex financial data.

My client is a wealth management firm based in the north east of Essex just outside of Colchester, where they have been trading for over thirty years. The business is client focused, providing independent advice on retirement and investments, a team of over fifty financial planning professionals, you can rest assured you are joining a great team of experienced, hard-working individuals who can assist you in your career journey.

Key Responsibilities

• You will deliver expert financial advice, strategic planning, and personalised wealth solutions.
• You will specialise in retirement planning, investments, pensions, drawdown, annuities, and protection.
• You will build and manage long-term client relationships independently.
• You will manage your own workload, diary, and client meetings effectively.
• You will ensure all advice and actions comply with FCA regulations and company standards.

Essential Requirements & Qualifications

• You will hold the CII/LIBF Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
• You will have previous experience in financial services administration, sales, financial planning.
• A strong understanding of FCA regulations and financial operations.
• You will have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• You will possess strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; particularly Excel
• Hold a UK Driving License and access to a car
