Job summary

Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is recruiting a Financial Advisor for their Colchester-based team. The role involves providing independent financial advice across pensions, investments, protection and wealth management, while growing an existing client portfolio and generating new business through referrals and networking.

You will deliver compliant, client-focused financial planning in line with FCA regulations and company standards, building long-term relationships to support business

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Independent Financial Adviser.
• Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent) in Financial Planning.
• Strong knowledge of UK financial services, pensions, investments and protection.
• Excellent communication, analytical and relationship management skills.
• Commercially minded with a proven ability to develop business and manage client relationships.
