Job summary

Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking a Financial Advisor in Colchester to provide independent financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and wealth management. You will manage and grow an existing client portfolio while seeking new business through referrals and networking.

You will deliver compliant, client-focused financial planning in line with FCA regulations and company standards, building long-term relationships to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Independent Financial Adviser.
• Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent) in Financial Planning.
• Strong knowledge of UK financial services, pensions, investments and protection.
• Excellent communication, analytical and relationship management skills.
• Commercially minded with a proven ability to develop business and manage client relationships.
