Job summary

Belvedere Wealth Management is seeking a driven trainee in a two-year Business Development Associate role in London. You will identify opportunities, support campaigns, and deliver client-facing presentations as you train to become an Independent Financial Adviser.

You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with advisers and marketing to grow the client base while completing exams and building a strong pipeline.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation skills and proven ability to create and deliver effective presentations.
• Experience in lead generation and market research to identify new opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing interactions.
• Experience in financial services or wealth management is beneficial but training will be provided.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time using CRM and productivity tools.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a client-centric approach to relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and support lead generation campaigns.
• Conduct market research to inform proposals and outreach.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and collaborate with financial advisers.
• Help maintain a strong sales pipeline and track activities in CRM.
• Engage with prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking; report on performance metrics.
• Coordinate with marketing to align outreach efforts and provide regular market insights.
• Shadow advisers, take notes, and help prepare client advice during training period.
