Belvedere Wealth Management is seeking a driven trainee in a two-year Business Development Associate role in London. You will identify opportunities, support campaigns, and deliver client-facing presentations as you train to become an Independent Financial Adviser.
You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with advisers and marketing to grow the client base while completing exams and building a strong pipeline.

This is a 2 year training role.
The Business Development Associate is the first step to becoming a Independent Financial Adviser. It is a full-time position based in London with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting lead generation campaigns. The associate will prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, collaborate with advisors to refine value propositions, and help maintain a strong sales pipeline. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and Networking, tracking activities in CRM tools, and contributing to business development strategies. The role also entails coordinating with marketing to align outreach efforts and providing regular reporting on performance metrics and market insights.
The role will also involve supporting the Financial advisers, shadowing meetings, taking notes, and preparing client advice, in support of your training to become a Financial adviser.
As well as your day to day responsibilities, you will be required to pass all exams within a 2 year period, as such this role will require a lot of dedication and hard work.
