What You Will Do

  • Provide a comprehensive personal and confidential administrative service to advisers.
  • Book review meetings for advisers with existing clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Process applications efficiently and liaise with suppliers to gather and share information with clients.
  • Investigate and respond to adviser queries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate filing and record systems, ensuring immediate access to required documents.
  • Complete general administration tasks, such as filing and photocopying, in a timely manner.

What You Will Bring

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in financial administration, particularly with mortgage applications, is preferred.
