The Role
This is a new role with potential for growth. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and presenting monthly financial accounts.
• Managing intercompany and related party transactions per IAS 24.
• Preparing annual financial statements in accordance with FRS 101.
• Serving as the SPOC for Government Statistics with ONS.
• Reconciliation of management and financial accounts.
• Preparing risk controls for K-SOX compliance monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Aligning IFRS standards with business practices.
• Managing balance sheet integrity.
• Measuring KPIs regularly.
• Staying updated on legislative and reporting standards and applying them.

About You
Candidates should ideally have:

• A business degree or equivalent.
• Professional qualifications such as ACA, CIMA, or ACCA.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Data analysis skills.
• Critical thinking and strong communication skills.
• Adaptability and proven collaboration with auditors and advisors.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and regulations.
