Looking for an exceptional career opportunity in Finance? Join our client, a fantastic business based in Redditch. As the Financial Accountant, you'll have the chance to play a lead role in the financial operations of this high-growth group and work closely with key stakeholders across the business. This is a hybrid working role, with 2 days working from home.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:.

• Handle monthly reports.
• Reconcile intercompany balances.
• Produce accurate monthly Management Accounts.
• Assist with budgeting, cashflow management, and forecasts.
  
  

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Accountancy qualification
• Understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
• Netsuite experience is desirable.
• Manufacturing sector experience is highly desirable.
