The Role

You will be responsible for preparing accurate monthly management accounts and supporting broader financial operations.

Prepare monthly management accounts for UK and German entities.

Review holding company accounts.

Analyse project financials and support budget processes.

Engage with auditors, tax advisors, and internal teams.

Main Duties

Deliver accurate, timely financial reports and support compliance and forecasting activities.

Monthly and biannual management reporting.

VAT, CIS, and corporation tax return preparation.

Budget variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.

Liaise with auditors and contribute to internal financial controls.

Drive process improvements and maintain asset registers.

The Successful Candidate

A qualified accountant with a hands-on approach and a passion for continuous improvement.

ACCA or ACA (newly qualified welcome).

Strong Excel skills

Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally

Desirable (not essential): German language skills and knowledge of German GAAP
