Job description

Director – Financial Reporting, LHH Global

Join our team to oversee the LHH CTM/LD financial data quality, ensuring reporting of our business unit’s three financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow) and statistical submissions are accurate and aligned with Group Reporting Policy.

Reporting Relationships:

  • Global Projects and Decision Support Director
  • Frequent interactions with LHH Global FP&A as well as Country, Global Business Unit (GBU), and The Adecco Group (TAG) Finance teams.

Direct Reports:

  • No direct reports

Location:

  • 100% Remote
  • Located in Florida or United Kingdom
  • Must be a resident of US or UK with a valid work permit. No sponsorship supported.

Travel:

  • Some overseas travel may be required as business demands.

In this role, you can expect to:

Key Accountabilities
  • Review consolidated and country Income Statements & statistical submissions (FTEs) to ensure alignment with Group Reporting Policy and system reconciliation to Group Reporting (GRP).
  • Conduct analytical reviews of consolidated and country Income Statements & Balance Sheet to identify errors or misstatements and collaborate with countries to understand outliers.
  • Own CTM/LD’s Cashflow forecasting and reporting.
  • Lead monthly close meetings with leadership, highlighting issues and risks.
  • Manage local system to GRP mapping and governance, including setup and maintenance of JDE accounts and collaboration with non-JDE countries.
  • Oversee the CTM/LD Reporting Memo, connecting Group Reporting Policy to the business.
  • Manage changes to reporting requirements, collaborating with FP&A, GBU, and TAG Finance, updating memos, and ensuring adoption.
  • Project manage internal audits and participate in other finance projects.
  • Ensure robust, efficient, and automated controlling processes and reporting.

All About You

  • 8-10 years’ experience in accounting/finance, with 3+ years in a global/regional controller role.
  • Commercial finance experience; familiarity with multiple financial statements and policies is advantageous.
  • Qualified accountant or degree in finance/accounting.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with JD Edwards/E1 is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, autonomous, and a team player.
  • Deadline-driven with strong multitasking skills.
  • Quick learner with strategic thinking ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build effective relationships.
