Job Description
The role itself will encompass a wide range of Lease Accounting tasks. This role will work within our property accounts team and collaborate closely with other members of the Accounts and Expansion/Legal teams. You will work in a fast-paced and within a constantly evolving environment.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In this role, you will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the successful expansion of the business. You will work closely with Accounts, and Expansion teams, providing key insights and recommendations.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with experience in Lease Accounting with the interest to learn and develop in Accounting and Financial control fields.
Here state the mandatory qualifications needed for the role.
· Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant.
· Experience of working in Retail / Lease Accounting.
· Experience in Turnover Lease Accounting.
· Understanding of Capital Accounting along with experience of leasehold & property accounting and surrounding legislation
Good to have:
· Experience in SAP
