Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the production of management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Perform consolidated monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
3. Manage cash flow and foreign exchange deals.
4. Support the Financial Controller with UK HP transactions, fixed assets management for UK/Ireland/Tan, and review overseas information for submission to the parent company.
5. Coordinate with overseas subsidiaries to ensure accurate reporting.
6. Produce cash flow forecasts and liaise with the Financial Controller to address potential issues early.
7. Work with the Senior Accountant to review controls and implement internal audit recommendations.
8. Compile tax information and handle related queries.
9. Prepare year-end information for auditors and statutory accounts.
10. Assist with stock reporting in collaboration with the parts manager.
11. Support the production and maintenance of financial instruments.
12. Maintain and improve accounting systems, recommending changes as needed.
13. Monitor and support year-end activities for the Group.
14. Perform any other finance duties as required.
15. Adhere to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies.
