MCS Group are looking for a Financial Accountant to join one of Northern Ireland's leading employers in the Derry/Londonderry area.

Our client is a leading Property Development company based in Derry/Londonderry and have multiples sites across the UK&I. The company has an expansive portfolio which has been built over a number of decades and work with a wide range of clients from individuals to companies to charities.

The Role:

As the successful Financial Accountant you will report directly to the Senior Financial Accountant:

• Drive revenue growth and margin improvement;
• Liaising with key stakeholders;
• Maintaining customer cost and value models;
• Provide analysis in budgeting and forecasting processes;
• Review commercial plans;
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Management Accountant will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA;
• Strong financial modelling experience;
• Strong stakeholder management experience;
• Strong commercial acumen.
