Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Finance Business Partner with a strong commercial mindset to influence business decisions in a hybrid Cardiff role. You will partner with senior stakeholders, deliver high-quality management reporting and financial analysis, and drive budgeting and forecasting across the business.

The ideal candidate will have ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or nearing completion, plus proven finance partnering experience and excellent communication.

Are you a commercially minded Finance Business Partner looking for your next challenge?

We're looking for a fully qualified or nearly qualified Finance Business Partner with a strong commercial mindset, excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a proven background in management reporting and business partnering. Experience within professional services would be highly advantageous.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic role for an experienced Finance Business Partner who wants to join an organisation where Finance is genuinely valued as a strategic partner to the wider business.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing clear and commercially relevant financial insight to support decision-making, improve performance and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.

You’ll be involved across:

• Providing high-quality management reporting and financial analysis

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, or are very close to completing

• Strong, proven Finance Business Partnering experience

• Excellent commercial awareness and the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders

• A strong background in management reporting, analysis and financial insight

• Experience working closely with senior leadership and non-finance stakeholders

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• The ability to turn financial information into clear, commercially focused recommendations

• Ideally, experience within professional services or a similar people-focused commercial environment
