Job summary

Ethos Talent is partnering with an established organisation in Milton Keynes to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner into a pivotal role within the finance team. You will provide financial insight, challenge and direction to support commercial decision‑making and drive performance.

You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, work with senior leadership, and develop others, helping to strengthen the relationship between finance and the wider business.

Job description

We're partnering with an established and successful organisation based in Milton Keynes to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner into a key role within its finance team.

This is a senior, commercially focused position offering significant exposure across the business. Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, you’ll provide the financial insight, challenge and direction needed to support commercial decision‑making and drive business performance.

You’ll also play an important role within the wider finance team, providing leadership and support to others and helping to further develop the quality and impact of finance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

About You

We're looking for an accomplished finance professional who can combine strong technical foundations with commercial judgement, leadership capability and excellent stakeholder management skills.

You will ideally have:

• A recognised accounting qualification - ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Strong experience within finance business partnering, commercial finance or a similarly commercially focused role
• Experience working closely with senior leadership and influencing decision‑making
• Previous experience managing, coaching or developing others
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex financial information clearly
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with the credibility to operate effectively at a senior level
