Job summary

EVEREST in Norwich requires a Finance Business Partner to influence decisions and drive performance across operations. You will partner with budget holders and senior leaders, providing insights, challenging assumptions, and supporting strategic initiatives to improve profitability.

The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement of finance processes. Strong Excel and financial systems experience, plus excellent stakeholder skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or Commercial Finance role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Commercially aware with the confidence to influence and challenge positively
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems and reporting tools

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our growing team and become a trusted advisor to operational and commercial stakeholders. This is more than a finance role. You'll work closely with budget holders and senior leaders, providing insight, analysis, and support that drives better decision making. From identifying opportunities and risks to improving reporting and forecasting, you'll play a key role in helping the business achieve its goals.

What you'll be doing:

• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
• Providing meaningful analysis and commercial insight to aid decision making

What we're looking for:
