Job summary

IRIS Software Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager with hands-on Business Analysis skills to drive Finance Transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with Finance leaders and IT teams to define requirements, map processes and deliver improvements across banking, treasury and billing platforms.

The role combines project leadership with practical analysis, requires strong stakeholder engagement and a customer-focused delivery mindset. Hybrid working from Heathrow office is offered.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager with hands-on business analysis and finance-focused delivery experience.
• Experience in finance transformation, banking, treasury or billing projects is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage Finance Transformation projects across multiple workstreams.
• Carry out hands-on Business Analysis, gathering requirements and mapping processes.
• Analyse financial data to identify improvements and practical solutions.
• Support finance system implementations including banking, treasury and billing.
• Collaborate with Technology teams on system changes and integrations.
• Coordinate stakeholders and keep projects on track.
• Present progress to senior Finance leaders and govern delivery.
• Support testing and successful implementation.
