Zusammenfassung

IRIS Software Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager with hands-on Business Analysis within Finance Transformation to deliver cross-functional finance change programs. You’ll lead multi-workstream projects, gather requirements, map processes and partner with senior Finance leaders to drive value from planning to delivery.

You’ll work in our Heathrow-based hybrid environment with the Change Management team, coordinating with technology, ERP and financial systems specialists to implement

Qualifikationen

Senior Project Management experience delivering complex business or technology projects.
Hands-on Business Analysis: requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis.
Finance Transformation or financial systems implementation experience.
Experience delivering technology change and system integrations.
Confident in engaging senior stakeholders including Finance Directors.
Project governance: planning, risk management, reporting.

Aufgaben

Lead Finance Transformation projects across multiple workstreams.
Gather requirements, map Finance processes and identify improvements.
Analyze financial data to recommend practical solutions.
Support implementations of banking, treasury, billing and automation.
Coordinate with Technology teams on system impacts (NetSuite, Salesforce).
Present milestones and risks to senior Finance leaders.
Support testing and ensure changes are adopted successfully.
