Job summary

IRIS Software Group is expanding its Finance Transformation team and seeks a Senior Project Manager with hands-on Business Analysis skills. You will partner with Finance leaders to streamline processes and deliver improvements across ERP, banking and billing platforms.

You will own projects from requirements through delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors, and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes in a hybrid Heathrow-based role.

Qualifications

• Senior PM with track record of delivering complex projects.
• Hands-on BA with requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Finance transformation and system implementations experience.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and govern programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Transformation projects across banking, treasury, billing and automation.
• Gather requirements, map Finance processes and identify improvements.
• Analyse financial and operational data to drive solutions.
• Support system implementations including NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Coordinate stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Present progress to senior leaders with milestones and risks.
• Support testing and successful adoption of changes.
