Job summary

IRIS Software Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager with hands-on Business Analysis skills to drive our Finance Transformation initiatives. You’ll lead multi-workstream projects and partner with senior Finance leaders, Tech teams and ERP systems like NetSuite and Salesforce.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, hybrid working based at our Heathrow office, with responsibilities spanning banking, treasury, billing and automation improvements.

Qualifications

• Senior PM with track record delivering complex projects.
• Hands-on Business Analysis across finance transformations.
• Experience with finance systems implementations.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and govern projects.
• Knowledge of NetSuite, Salesforce, ERP or CPQ is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Finance Transformation projects across multiple workstreams.
• Carry out hands-on Business Analysis, gathering requirements and mapping processes.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify improvements.
• Support Finance system implementations including banking, treasury, billing and automation.
• Coordinate with Technology teams on system impacts and integrations.
• Coordinate stakeholders, manage competing priorities and report progress.
• Present progress to senior Finance leaders with milestones and risks.
• Support testing and successful adoption of changes.
