Job summary

Buro Happold is seeking a Global FP&A Manager based in Bath on a hybrid basis to shape global planning, forecasting and performance management. You’ll partner with senior leaders, translate strategy into financial targets, and deliver executive-ready insights that drive growth and resilience.

In this role, you’ll lead budgeting, scenario planning and performance reporting, partnering across regions to improve profitability, utilisation and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Professional finance qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Significant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business performance, or a related field.
• Strong forecasting, planning, financial modelling, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into measurable financial and operational objectives.
• Develop KPIs and performance measures for leadership reviews.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities.
• Build driver-based models to improve visibility and forecast accuracy.
• Provide forward‑looking, data‑driven insights to executives.
• Support investment decisions and business cases with robust analyses.
