Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to provide high-quality financial, analytical and business partnering support to the UK and Ireland Innovative Medicine business. You will work with Finance, Commercial, Market Access, Medical, Supply Chain and BI teams to drive revenue, profitability and balance sheet management through robust planning and timely reporting.

The role emphasizes advanced analytics, automation and data-driven decision-making, with a focus on building dashboards

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
Professional finance qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA or CMA is required.
About five years of FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting experience in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

Provide timely financial support to UKI Innovative Medicine across planning, reporting and analysis.
Develop Power BI dashboards and data-driven insights for decision-making.
Partner with Commercial, Market Access, Medical and Supply Chain teams on forecasts and business cases.
Support month-end/quarter-end close and variance analysis with root-cause determinations.
