Job Specification: Project Finance Manager

Location: London

Contract Duration: 9 Months

Day rate: £650 - £800 (likely outside IR35, to be confirmed)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Finance Coordinator for a 9-month assignment. This role involves working closely with our implementation partners to ensure a smooth data transition.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cost Planning and Project Budgeting
2. Purchase Order Management
3. Purchase Order Approvals
4. Payment Terms and Invoicing
5. Work in Progress (WIP) Management

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Ideally ACA qualified, but ACCA or CIMA will also be considered
2. Strong accounting knowledge with project management experience
3. Experience implementing at least one ERP system
4. Attention to data integrity is essential
