This hands-on Finance Director role challenges the status quo, aims to streamline reporting, enhance controls and drive cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Operations and Tech to deliver lasting change.

Responsibilities

• Transform month-end and consolidated financial reporting to board-ready accounts within seven working days.
• Improve accuracy and flow of financial and operational data; reduce manual processes, errors and rework.
• Review the Finance operating model, team structure, capabilities and systems.
• Collaborate across Finance, Operations and Tech to establish ownership, accountability and better ways of working.
