Palatine Talent is exclusively partnering with the Executive Team of a fast-growing business to transform its Finance function and lay the foundations for its next phase of growth. • Review the Finance operating model, team structure, capabilities and systems.
• Collaborate across Finance, Operations and Tech to establish ownership, accountability and better ways of working.

This is not a conventional Finance Director role. The business needs a strong, hands-on finance leader who can challenge the status quo, improve reporting and controls, streamline processes and bring people together to deliver lasting change.

The challenge:

• Transform month-end and consolidated financial reporting, with a target of getting Board-level accounts completed by working day seven.
• Improve the accuracy and flow of financial and operational data, reducing manual processes, errors and rework.
• Review the Finance operating model, team structure, capabilities and systems.
• Work across Finance, Operations and Tech to establish clear ownership, accountability and better ways of working.
• Develop a practical roadmap for sustainable improvement, automation and future growth.

The package?
