Palatine Talent is proud to be exclusively managing the search for a high‑calibre Group Financial Controller on behalf of a highly acquisitive and rapidly evolving technology business.

This is a significant appointment within a complex, multi‑entity group environment and represents an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious, high‑performing finance leader seeking exposure to a fast‑paced, commercially driven and growth‑focused business.

The successful individual will play a key role in supporting the next stage of the group’s evolution, partnering closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business. We are specifically seeking an ACA Qualified (ICAEW / ICAS) finance professional with strong technical and commercial capability, alongside experience operating within acquisitive, leveraged and complex group structures.

Key responsibilities include:

• Group consolidations across multiple statutory entities
• Financial reporting and monthly / quarterly stakeholder reporting
• Treasury, cashflow and lender management
• Exposure to both senior and junior debt structures
• FP&A and commercial analysis
• Tax oversight and governance
• Systems, process improvement and finance transformation
• Building and leading high‑performing finance teams
• Raising standards, controls and operational excellence across the function

The business is seeking an individual with high standards, strong leadership capability and the ability to operate effectively within a demanding, high‑growth environment.

Candidates should be technically strong, commercially aware, systems savvy and comfortable operating with pace, visibility and accountability.

Package includes:

• Base salary 100k - 130k
