Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks a Senior Manager in its Banking team to shape delivery for major financial institutions and drive profitable outcomes across projects.

You will lead multi-account strategies, develop client relationships, and coach junior staff while contributing to Capgemini’s growth through new propositions and delivery excellence. The role offers hybrid working across UK offices including Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Experience in people management and proven ability to nurture and develop individuals.
• Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation and to enlist support and commitment from peers in developing, selling and delivering consulting solutions.
• Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background.
• Experience of proposition building and delivery.
• Business development – utilising a combination of the organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you’ll be capable of generating consulting revenues.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and growth of one or more accounts across the entire Invent offering portfolio.
• Pro-actively open new connections and bring the team with you to maximise impact on client.
• Work with leading companies developing, prioritising and delivering the banking institutions of the future.
• Design and lead streams of work whilst playing a role in Capgemini’s growth through successful delivery, contributing to our offers and knowledge, as well as developing new business.
• Identify and analyse problems and issues that may affect the successful delivery and adoption of our proposed solutions into the business.
• Bring the right combination of style and substance, ensuring that the basics are right, whilst always focusing on we add value to our clients.
• Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to drive continuous business performance improvement
