Job summary

Oliver James Group is seeking a Finance Transformation Lead for a growing insurance business in the UK. You will join a team reporting to the Group CFO, combining financial control, FP&A and transformation to sharpen reporting and insights.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, review systems, drive automation, strengthen month-end processes and support budgeting and forecasting to boost performance across the group.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification required.
• Insurance experience essential.
• Strong background in financial control and management reporting.
• Proven track record delivering finance process improvements or transformation projects.
• Solid understanding of FP&A, budgeting and forecasting.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and challenging existing processes.

I'm recruiting for a growing insurance group looking for a senior finance professional to help shape and improve its finance function.

Reporting to the Group CFO, this role offers a mix of financial control, FP&A and transformation, with plenty of scope to influence how the business operates and supports its continued growth.
