Job Description:

We are recruiting for a large-scale management consultancy that works with companies with a turnover of 1 billion and above, providing consulting on Finance Transformation, leadership, process development, and other finance topics. The role involves working directly with finance teams and other stakeholders. It is a fully remote position with occasional travel, expensed, possibly once a quarter internationally. The salary range is £150,000-£180,000 plus a bonus of around 20% and other benefits. The ideal candidate will have experience in problem-solving within a large consultancy or the Big 4, experience with pitches supported by a sales team, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. The role focuses on high-level advisory work in FP&A, Analytics, and related areas. It is not a finance implementation role but rather strategic consulting, including advising on competitive positioning and innovation, such as AI initiatives. The candidate will also work on large-scale shared service projects and AI-related initiatives.
