Job Description:

We are recruiting for a large-scale management consultancy business that works with companies of 1 billion and above in turnover, providing consulting on Finance Transformation, leadership, process development, and other finance topics. The role involves working directly with finance teams and wider stakeholders. It is a fully remote position with occasional international travel, expensed and approximately once a quarter. The salary ranges from £150,000 to £180,000 plus a bonus of around 20% and other benefits.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in problem-solving, have worked in a large consultancy or the Big 4, and be familiar with working on pitches supported by a sales team. They should be adept at managing multiple requirements and stakeholders, and enjoy working on FP&A, Analytics, and high-level consulting in these areas. This role is advisory, not implementation, and may involve providing insights on competitors and strategic recommendations. The work includes large-scale shared services and AI projects.
