Job Description:

We are recruiting for a large-scale management consultancy that works with companies with a turnover of 1 billion and above, focusing on Finance Transformation, leadership, process development, and other finance topics. The role involves working directly with finance teams and wider stakeholders. It is a fully remote position with occasional travel, expensed, possibly once a quarter internationally. The salary range is £150,000-180,000 plus approximately 20% bonus and other benefits.

This role requires experience in problem solving, having worked in a large consultancy or the Big 4. Candidates should be familiar with working on pitches, with support from a sales team, and managing multiple requirements and stakeholders. The ideal candidate enjoys FP&A, Analytics, and can provide high-level consulting on these topics. This is an advisory role, not a finance implementation role. You may also advise on competitors' strategies and opportunities. The work includes large-scale shared service projects and AI initiatives.
