Job summary

A construction and project management firm is seeking a proactive Finance Services Transactions Analyst to support daily operations of finance processes. The role encompasses responsibilities across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Master Data Management, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will have transaction finance experience, a strong knowledge of Oracle ERP, and excellent Microsoft Office skills. Qualifications

• Experience in a transactional finance or shared services environment ideally covering AP, AR, and MDM.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP system (Oracle).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of transactional finance processes.
• Process supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and allocate incoming payments accurately.
• Provide guidance on expense submission.
• Maintain accurate vendor and customer master data records.
• Act as a key contact for finance-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.

Skills

Experience in a transactional finance or shared services environment
