Job summary

Housing 21 is seeking a Finance Systems Support Assistant to maintain finance data, processes and system functionality. The role is home-based with attendance at our head office in Birmingham as required, and offers a 12-month fixed-term contract with a salary of £38,173 per annum.

You will work with the Systems Accountant and finance users to deliver accurate reporting, support system upgrades, and ensure timely completion of key tasks.

Qualifications

Experience with system upgrades and rollouts.
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve data issues.
Ability to translate complex system concepts for non-technical users.
Experience with integrated financial systems and multiple interfaces.
Experience managing system transitions and new finance technologies.
GCSE Maths and English at least.
Foundation level accounting qualification.

Responsibilities
