Job summary

CFC Underwriting is seeking an experienced Finance Systems Business Analyst for a 12‑month fixed term contract in London. You will shape the Finance Systems Blueprint, map current data flows, and drive automation and improved controls across Finance, Technology and Data teams.

You will gather requirements, document processes and support NetSuite, Concur and other finance tech initiatives while engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Finance systems or data transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Finance processes, controls and reporting.
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and documenting results.
• Experience supporting system implementations, testing and change adoption.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Concur, Databricks or similar tools.
• Analytical, pragmatic and delivery-focused approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess current Finance systems landscape: processes, data flows, integrations and reporting dependencies.
• Gather business requirements, user stories, process maps and options.
• Support development of the Finance Systems Blueprint and future operating model.
• Identify opportunities to automate and reduce spreadsheet dependency.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, Data, HR and vendors to deliver improvements.
• Support testing, implementation, adoption and benefits tracking for changes.
