Housing 21 is seeking a Finance Systems Support Assistant to maintain finance data, processes and system functionality. The role is home-based with attendance at our head office in Birmingham as required, and offers a 12-month fixed-term contract with a salary of £38,173 per annum.
You will work with the Systems Accountant and finance users to deliver accurate reporting, support system upgrades, and ensure timely completion of key tasks.

Hours: Full time - 35 hours per week/ 70 hours over two weeks (nine-day fortnight)

We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused professional to help maintain finance data, processes and system functionality, while providing a high-quality service to finance users.
Working closely with the Systems Accountant and subject matter experts, you'll help ensure our finance systems operate effectively and that key tasks are delivered accurately and on time.
You will have previous experience of finance system support and partnering stakeholders, dealing with enquires effectively and efficiently.
While the role is home based the successful candidate will be required to attend team meetings at our head office in Birmingham as required, therefore you must live within a commutable distance.
