The role covers incident support, upgrades, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, security management, and user training. You will design new reports, script SQL queries, and ensure SLAs while delivering excellent customer

Qualifications

• Finance systems experience or systems accounting background.
• SQL queries for reporting and data validation.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and administer the finance software application.
• Investigate and analyze issues; produce reports and dashboards.
• Assist with upgrades, incidents, and modular implementations.
• Document procedures and ensure SLAs are met.
• Train users and coordinate UAT.
