Job summary

You will facilitate workshops, align business and technical stakeholders, and ensure delivery through governance and clear acceptance criteria, all while supporting our international operations.

Qualifications

• Experience of Finance transformation or regulated financial services.
• Experience with Workday Financial Management or related Workday modules.
• Familiarity with Agile/product delivery practices.

Responsibilities

Skills and Demonstrated Experience

• Represent stakeholders throughout the delivery of data stream solutions
• Requirements elicitation and translation into development ready artefacts
• Data and integration product ownership and delivery
• Shapes high-level or ambiguous requirements into prioritised, testable, delivery-ready backlog items with clear acceptance criteria
• Ability to shape and validate source to target data requirements and mappings
• Working across architecture, data engineering, integration, testing and business SMEs
• Co‑ordinating resolution of conflicting requirements, dependencies, assumptions, risks and decisions required for architecture, build, testing and validation to progress.
• Facilitating workshops and playback demos with key stakeholders
• Communicating clearly across technical and non‑technical audiences.

Knowledge and Domain Understanding

• Working understanding of how finance data is sourced, prepared, integrated and consumed across finance platforms, reporting and close processes.
• Working understanding of the role of data quality, reconciliation, controls, audit trail and exception management in finance data delivery
• Understanding of common data and integration concepts, including source-to-target mapping, data lineage, reference data and downstream dependencies
• Understanding of the respective roles of Finance SMEs, technical architects, delivery teams and Product Owners in shaping data and integration change
• Awareness of regulated-data expectations, including governance, audit evidence, GDPR and appropriate handling of financial data.
• Familiarity with Agile/product delivery practices

Qualifications and Desirable Experience

• Experience of Finance transformation, insurance, London Market or regulated financial services is desirable
• Experience of Workday Financial Management, Workday Prism Analytics, Workday integrations/connectors, data platforms or reporting solutions is desirable
