Job summary

Three Bridges Recruitment Ltd, partnering with a prominent Glasgow not-for-profit, invites an experienced Finance Systems Implementation Lead on a 12-month fixed-term contract to steer the payroll and finance system integration.

You will lead requirements, data migration, testing, and rollout, while collaborating with the Director of Finance, Finance Manager, and People & Culture to deliver end-to-end improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing, embedding or optimising financial management systems/ERPs.
• Qualified or QBE with solid grasp of financial controls and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across finance and operations.
• Experience with data migrations, testing and system rollout processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll implementation for a new integrated HR & payroll solution, including requirements and rollout.
• Optimize finance systems and reporting capabilities on the cloud platform.
• Re-engineer end-to-end finance processes to automate and secure workflows.
• Collaborate with directors, budget holders and People & Culture to translate needs into system solutions.
• Design user guides, deliver training and support teams through system transitions.
