Job summary

James Andrew Recruitment Solutions (JAR Solutions) is seeking a Finance Systems Implementation Lead for a public body. The role delivers end-to-end implementation of a new finance system, coordinating Finance, IT and external partners.

You will map processes, configure the system, test, train users and embed new ways of working to improve financial reporting and controls. The candidate should bring proven ERP/project delivery experience, strong Excel skills and robust stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CCAB, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) or significant relevant experience.
• Experience delivering finance system implementations, ERP projects or finance transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, financial controls and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and implementation of a new finance system with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Set up and lead the project team; translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Oversee data migration, testing, UAT, and reporting development.
