Job summary

Morgan McKinley in London is seeking a Finance Systems Lead to own the finance technology stack, from OneStream to monthly close, budgeting and board reporting. The role partners with a PE-backed software business and focuses on data integrity across CPM and BI tools while shaping modern reporting and AI-driven variance analysis.

The position offers hybrid working with ~2 days per month in Covent Garden, a base salary of £70,000–£80,000 and a 10–15% bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with finance systems and CPM platforms.
• Strong understanding of consolidation, multi-currency, and monthly close.
• Collaborative mindset to support end-users and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of OneStream and NetSuite, plus user support.
• Streamline end-to-end monthly close, consolidation and reporting cycles.
• Maintain data mapping and transformations for clean financial data across ledgers and BI tools.
• Design driver-based budgeting models and explore AI capabilities for variance reporting.
• Challenge legacy processes and implement scalable system improvements.
• Establish finance systems change management, governance and testing processes.
