Senior Finance Systems Administrator and Analyst role within the Finance team. Office locations include Plymouth, Pegasus, Bristol, and Huthwaite. Salary up to £52,000 depending on experience. Hybrid working is available after initial training, with two days in the office recommended.

The role reports to the System Owner and focuses on administering the e5 Finance system, providing support, and driving continuous improvements across finance processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Qualification in business, finance or IT, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting business or finance systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and data interpretation.

Responsabilités

• Administer and support the e5 Finance system.
• Monitor performance and investigate issues for timely resolution.
• Maintain user access, security roles and system controls.
• Provide user support and incident resolution.
• Support tests and implementation of system enhancements and changes.
• Produce and analyse reports to support business requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and automation.
• Maintain system documentation and guidance.
• Support audit, governance activities.
• Contribute to system and business improvement initiatives.
• Develop knowledge of ICON and AWS reporting solutions.
