Job summary

THG, a global ecommerce group based near Manchester, is hiring a Finance Systems Data Assistant to manage Master Data records and support data integrity across suppliers and customers. Reporting to the Finance Systems Manager, you will perform data maintenance, bank verifications, respond to queries, and help train new recruits while driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities are essential to ensure

Reporting into the Finance Systems Manager, the Finance Systems Data Assistant will be a subject matter expert for creating, amending and maintaining Master Data records in a timely and efficient manner. They will executethe process in line with the Group procedures and according to the internal and external audit requirements.They should possess strong analytical and attention to detail skills to assess data quality/integrity and support continuous improvement in ways of working for the team and suggest improvements to business and data processes.
